Sales Consultant

WDF, Stansted Airport focusing on the Kylie Counter

Full-time, working 37.5 hours over 5 days a week

Responsibilities

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the Coty portfolio within a specific store by providing outstanding customer service, executing in-store excellence, and building retailer support.

Your focus:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be able to genuinely consult with customers.
• Take ownership and accountability for your performance.
• Maintain high standards of grooming and passion for beauty.
• Ensure store standards are met and counters and fixtures are well maintained.

The team comprises 3-10 Beauty Advisors per store, working closely with departments such as VM, PMP, and Sales. Our team is diverse, passionate, and knowledgeable, creating a vibrant environment focused on exceptional customer service.

We thrive on matching the energy and excitement of travelers, providing a fantastic Coty experience with enthusiasm and positivity.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in English, near-native level.
• Computer literate.
• Capable of reading and understanding data.
• Follow marketing guidelines and instructions.
