Job summary

The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a show-room based Sales Consultant to sell directly to consumers on behalf of a leading independent retail furniture chain.

You will earn a base salary of £25,000 with guaranteed and uncapped personal commission, aiming for an OTE of £45,000 to £55,000 and receive additional performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience in a competitive environment.
• Energetic, outgoing, and have a positive can-do attitude.
• Willing to work weekends including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

Sales Consultant

£25K base, £45-55K OTE

The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a sales consultant to sell direct to consumers on behalf of a leading independent retail furniture chain. Base salary £25K, plus guaranteed & uncapped personal commission on all sales, plus bonus package to give a realistic OTE of £45-55K.

My client is a premium retailer, of high-quality furniture. They sell unique products and provide unparalleled service, always putting customers first. The position is a showroom-based sales role and will entail talking to customers and helping them choose the perfect piece of furniture for their home.

You will ideally have direct sales experience in a competitive environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm. You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive 'can do' attitude and have the drive to succeed.

My client is open seven days a week so some flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays is necessary, although some weekend days off is possible. In return you will receive a base salary plus commission on your personal sales plus additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
