We have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Sherford site in Plymouth.
As our Sales Consultant, you will carry out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales hub/development in accordance with the customer journey, taking ownership of the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales process across multiple sites and house ranges within the sales hub/development. You will be responsible for delivering successful continual sales at all sites within the sales hub/development.

Desirable qualifications...
- 5 GCSEs / GCE or equivalent including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above)

- Proactively sell customer extras and manage reservations to increase profit.
- Respond to cancellations, attempt to 'save' reservations, and offer alternatives.
- Coordinate with site teams on build progress and customer information.
- Ensure the sales environment and show homes are maintained to brand standards.
