Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Narborough is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness group. In this role you’ll spend 70% of your time on the phones, promoting our DL values and signing up new members, with the remaining time showcasing our clubs and supporting members through on-boarding and premium after-care.

The position requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Target-driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• A passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make 70% of the time on the phones to generate memberships and promote DL values.
• Inspire and showcase clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care service.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
