Job Description:

DD Products & Services are recruiting for 2 x Sales Consultants to sustain and grow the revenue stream within the assigned territory, ensuring continuous sales of DD Group's portfolio products. You will contribute significantly to the growth and success of DD Products & Services by presenting the best possible solutions to our customers.

The territories will be W, WC, TW, UB, HA SW and OX, SN, WR, HR, GL, WR post codes, so ideally you will be within a reasonable commuting distance.

If you are currently a Dental Nurse or a Practice Manager considering your next career move, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell DD Group's full product range to existing clients, while also targeting new revenue streams in key accounts.
  • Conduct objective-based appointments, maintaining detailed CRM records and managing leads with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to offer tailored solutions and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders for a superior customer experience.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through expert guidance and exceptional field-based customer service.
  • Meet set KPIs and drive portfolio growth through retention and acquisition efforts, leveraging the company website for sales.
  • Develop a flexible business plan and foster relationships with dental influencers, locally and nationally.
  • Work with marketing to implement strategies in the field and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available products and services.
  • Build relationships with manufacturer partners and engage with local dental organizations to raise DD's profile.
