Job summary

The Fragrance Shop is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team in a busy retail environment. You will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and help customers find the perfect fragrance to suit their needs.

In this role you will process transactions at the till, assist with deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes and promotions, and ensure the store remains inviting and well-presented for customers.

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer's needs.
• Assisting customers with queries using product knowledge.
• Processing transactions at the till point.
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
