Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Exeter is seeking a focused Sales Consultant to drive member acquisition and deliver premium service in a busy club environment. You will balance phone outreach with in-club visits, promoting our DL values to prospective members and guiding tours to generate sign-ups.

The role emphasises a quality sales experience by a self-motivated individual who thrives in a health-and-fitness setting and can work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Is target driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• A passion for health and fitness.
• A self-starter who delivers a quality sales experience.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Hit the phones to inspire and spread DL values to prospective members.
• Showcase and tour our clubs to potential members.
• Achieve sales targets individually and as a team.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care service.
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
