Job summary

David-Lloyd-Clubs in Dudley is looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to join our premium health and wellness team. The role blends outbound calling with in-club demonstrations, driving member sign-ups while upholding our values and delivering exceptional service.

You will onboard new members, work towards sales targets both individually and as a team, and enjoy perks such as uncapped commissions and free club membership for you and your family. Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Target driven with strong administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• 70% of role: hit the phones, inspire and convey our values to prospective members.
• 30% of role: showcase clubs, onboard new members and ensure premium after-care service.
• Collaborate to achieve sales targets both individually and as a team.
