Job Summary

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will be driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and a consultative selling style.

Key Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (min 3 years preferred).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: With a fantastic telephone manner, you possess the natural ability to inspire potential clients, build rapport, engage and inspire.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by targets and a drive to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
