Job summary

Next Generation Clubs Ltd in Dundee is seeking a Sales Consultant to hit phones, inspire prospective members, and secure sales while showcasing our premium clubs. You will on-board new members and support after-care, contributing to a thriving team culture in a busy office environment.

The role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays. Benefits include uncapped commissions, free club membership for you and family, and access to training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be target driven with strong sales focus.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness and a can-do attitude.
• Self-starter who thrives in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to potential members and drive sales.
• Inspire and promote our club values to prospective members.
• Hit individual and team sales targets and on-board new members.
• Provide premium after-care service and ensure member satisfaction.
• Commit to working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
