Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive member recruitment and deliver a premium guest experience within our clubs. You will be responsible for making calls to prospective members, sharing DL values, and guiding new members to ensure a high-quality onboarding and after-care process.

The role requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, and offers uncapped commission and various family-friendly benefits to support your career at DL.

Qualifications

• Target-driven with strong administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-starter who delivers a quality sales experience.
• Experience in sales is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members to drive sales and promote DL values.
• Show and showcase club facilities to inspire interest and convert prospects into members.
• Onboard new members and ensure premium after-care service to support retention and satisfaction.

The other 30% of your role will inspir e and showcas e our amazing clubs , achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensur e they receive a premium after-care service .

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .
