Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Dudley is seeking a Sales Consultant to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will split your time 70% on the phone, driving new memberships and showcasing our clubs in an office environment, and 30% on-site visits to inspire prospects and close sales.

This role requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, with uncapped commission and family club membership benefits.

Qualifications

• Target-driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for all things health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to prospective members to hit sales targets.
• Inspire and promote our values to potential members in an office setting.
• On‑board new members to ensure premium after-care service.
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
