Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking a Sales Consultant in Gillingham, part of Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. The role combines outbound calling to prospective members with on-site tours to showcase our clubs and onboard new members to ensure premium after-care.

The 70/30 split means most time on the phone, driving memberships and sales targets, both individually and with the team, while delivering an exceptional member experience. Evenings, weekends and public holidays apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Hitting the phones to promote memberships and achieve sales targets.
• On-board new members to ensure premium after-care service.
• Showcase clubs through on-site visits and tours.

Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment.

The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
