About The Role
We are expanding our Sales team and recruiting an experienced Sales Consultant for our South Home Counties region.
Your role involves using your negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales, while ensuring the efficient processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via our on-site IT systems. Previous experience in luxury branded sales within housebuilding, along with delivering exceptional customer service, is essential.
Responsibilities include meeting customers, guiding them through property specifications, and assisting with the purchasing and handover process. Maintaining the development's presentation and providing excellent customer service throughout the buying process are key aspects of the role.
You will conduct market research, prepare reports for the sales management team, and contribute ideas during team discussions to meet sales targets. Industry awareness and keeping up-to-date with key market factors are advantageous.
About You
You must work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt communication styles across different media are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in using IT systems, especially managing onsite databases, are crucial. Previous experience in new homes sales, a passion for selling, enthusiasm, and a flair for sales are necessary. Flexibility for weekend work, a full driving license, and access to a vehicle are also required.
