Sales Colleague

Part Time

8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. GBP12.21 per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (rising to GBP12.51 on successful completion of probation).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior in-depth tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you'll gain valuable skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve, and support our customers. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest products, we'll give you the confidence to make top-notch recommendations.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally between 9 am and 8 pm, with local variations.

Role responsibilities:

• Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
• Contribute to the store's overall sales performance.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
