Main Responsibilities and Skills:

1. Handle all patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
2. Accurately and efficiently input confidential patient notes.
3. Manage finances, including taking deposits and payments, and informing patients about finance options.
4. Follow up with patients for future bookings, providing 5-star customer care.
5. Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance.
