Sales & Business Development Manager - Automotive, Future Mobility & Connected Devices, Wokingham

Reporting to the SVP, Commercial & Operations, we are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK, France, or Germany. The role involves expanding Trustonic’s Secure Platform customer base in the region, opening new key accounts, and managing existing relationships within the Automotive, Future Mobility, and IoT & Connected Devices sectors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your network to develop relationships across relevant ecosystems and expand our partnerships, including Silicon Providers, device OEMs, and Tier 1s, to meet sales targets
  • Managing the regional sales pipeline from initiation to agreement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing opportunities
  • Creating and executing strategies to acquire new customers across sectors, collaborating with colleagues and industry partners
  • Leading sales campaigns to successful outcomes
  • Providing customer and market insights to support the GTM strategy for sectors including Automotive, Future Mobility, and Connected Devices
  • Translating market feedback into product requirements and guiding strategies
  • Identifying and supporting strategic partner prospects and establishing relationships
  • Driving strategic account management with target key accounts
  • Collaborating with the global team to maximize sales opportunities
  • Recognizing security opportunities for expansion into other vertical markets and developing related plans

  • A self-starter capable of working independently or within a team
  • A proven hunter with experience in breaking into and scaling new accounts
  • Skilled in partnership viability, deal cycles, and closing complex deals
  • A team player with strong persuasion skills to drive consensus
  • Adaptable to a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Strategic yet tactical, with attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French or German
