YMK Appliances is a growing appliance supplier based in Stamford Hill. The business supplies appliances primarily to commercial property development companies. With a small but expanding team, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business in its growth phase and play a key role in driving new sales.

the Role

YMK Appliances is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to help grow the business by identifying new leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. This is a hands‑on role that will involve a mix of office‑based work and time spent visiting clients and sites. The role would suit either an experienced salesperson or someone keen to learn, develop, and actively drive sales in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and site visits
  • Visit building sites, developers, and businesses to promote YMK Appliances’ product offering
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with building companies and commercial clients
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
Person Specification
Requirements
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confident, proactive, and target‑driven mindset
  • Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow‑ups
  • Willingness to learn products, systems, and sales processes
Experience
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Open to motivated candidates with the right attitude and drive to learn
  • Experience selling to building companies or within construction/property is a plus
Additional Advantage
  • Knowledge or understanding of the Jewish community is beneficial, as the business works closely with Jewish‑owned companies
