As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team passionate about delivering the best customer experience.

No two days are the same, but here’s an overview:

• Customer Service - Deliver an exceptional experience by helping customers find products and complete purchases at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience - Provide expert advice on bra fitting, sizing, and styles to meet customer needs.
• Visual Merchandising - Own the presentation of products, helping customers find what they need and discover new items.
• Store Standards - Maintain store standards, manage deliveries, replenish stock, support loss prevention, and follow health & safety procedures.
