About the job

JOTT is looking to recruit a Sales Associate for their store in Battersea Power Station. This is a part-time position, 3 days including weekends, with 14 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Represent the brand DNA and story to customers, acting as the voice and ambassador of JOTT.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, maintain store conditions, and participate in store operations under the leadership of the management team.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Engage with customers enthusiastically and authentically to retain and grow the customer database.
  • Know the product offer, features, and benefits to recommend suitable items.
  • Provide thorough after-sales service, including follow-up on alterations, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Assist with telephone inquiries and follow through diligently.
  • Use provided tools as a digital ambassador to offer a seamless, personalized shopping experience and enhance omnichannel performance.
