JOTT is looking to recruit a Sales Associate for their store in Battersea Power Station.

Part-time position, 3 days including weekends

Hours: 14 hours per week

Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at JOTT, you will play a key role in embodying our brand DNA and storytelling to our customers. You are the voice of JOTT and a true ambassador of the company, our products, values, and culture.

Under the leadership of the store management team, you will provide high-quality service to our customers, maintain the store in excellent condition, and participate in store operations.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SALES

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Engage with customers enthusiastically and authentically to retain them and grow the database.
3. Know the product offerings thoroughly, including their features and benefits, to propose relevant items tailored to each customer.
4. Provide thorough after-sales service, including follow-up on alterations, deliveries, and written or telephonic correspondence regarding specific requests, new deliveries, and satisfaction issues.
5. Assist with telephone inquiries and follow through diligently.
6. Use provided digital tools to offer a seamless and personalized shopping experience, enhancing omnichannel performance.
7. Achieve sales turnover and KPIs set by the company.
