Job summary

Reiss in the Cotswold Designer Outlet is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our Retail team. You will deliver premium, tailored service and support the management team to achieve sales and store goals.

The role focuses on exceptional customer experience, brand knowledge, and representing Reiss as a Brand Ambassador in a fast-paced luxury environment.

What’s the role about?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in Cotswold Outlet as a Sales Associate, on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Who you are

• Has a passion for premium or luxury product
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
• Be able to see things through the customer’s eyes
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environmentHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent organisational and decision-making skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
