Job summary

Jimmy Choo is seeking a Sales Associate on a fixed-term, full-time basis in Manchester Trafford. You will deliver exceptional customer service, develop product knowledge, and represent the luxury lifestyle.

The role includes stock support, assisting with events, building client relationships, and contributing ideas to drive store performance. 40 hours per week, temporary contract with opportunities to demonstrate excellence and style.

• Develop detailed knowledge of the product in order to provide exceptional customer service.
• Build, develop, and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes.
• Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities.
• Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance.
