Job summary

LEGO Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Store Associate to greet guests, operate the till and maintain a visually engaging store environment. You will support stockroom tasks, uphold safety standards and contribute to a collaborative team with a hybrid work pattern of about 3 days in the office each week.

Your role includes maintaining clean, safe aisles, executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards, and providing outstanding guest service to reflect the LEGO experience.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and handling cash register functions with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain store displays and learn LEGO Brand Retail visual standards to create a welcoming environment.
• Assist in stockroom receiving, storage, safety compliance and reporting shortages.

Job Description Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
