Job summary

The LEGO Group in Belfast, Northern Ireland is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet guests, operate cash registers and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will support stockroom duties and uphold LEGO Brand Retail standards with a focus on safety and presentation.

This role offers a collaborative, store-based experience with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to participate in our wellbeing and family-friendly benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and perform cash register functions with a professional, gracious and engaging manner
• Maintain a clean, safe and visually appealing environment by daily cleaning and upholding LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
• Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently, assist with receiving merchandise and maintain stockroom standards
• Fulfill typical store operational tasks as required by the duty roster

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
