Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. You will help customers choose apparel and footwear, manage stock and POS duties, and assist across front and back of store operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and delivering Omni-channel requests through our digital experience, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move as needed.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share product knowledge and experiences with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and in fast-paced environments.
• Promote Under Armour Rewards program and customer loyalty.
