Sales & Direct Marketing Associate – Central Leicester

No Experience Required | Immediate Starts Available | Full-Time Equivalent

Our client is an award-winning sales and marketing company based in Central Leicester, currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their growing team. No previous sales experience is required. Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, care, warehouse, administration or you're simply looking to start something new, full coaching and ongoing support are available from the start.

The Opportunity

You’ll represent well-known brands through face-to-face residential sales and marketing campaigns across the local area. You’ll speak with customers, build relationships and help promote client products and services while developing practical sales and communication experience.

This is a full-time equivalent, long-term opportunity for people who enjoy working with others and want the chance to develop within a fast-paced, social environment.

Who Are They Looking For?

You don't need a particular background or previous sales experience. You should simply be:

• Confident communicating with people face-to-face
• Positive, motivated and willing to learn
• Comfortable working towards individual and team goals
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Available on a full-time equivalent basis – 4-5 full days per week between Monday and Saturday
• Able to commute to Central Leicester

Recent graduates and those looking to begin their sales career are also welcome. This is a subcontracted opportunity, with earnings linked to performance and incentives.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) or current international students. Due to availability requirements, our client is seeking candidates who can work 4–5 full days per week (full-time equivalent).
