Job summary

Juss Marketing in Slough is seeking graduates for an entry-level role with a focus on client representation and sales coaching. The position offers full training, uncapped commission, and the chance to grow into leadership as you develop skills.

Working days are Monday-Saturday with at least 4 full days required; the office is based in Slough and travel to events may be involved. Weekly earnings are estimated at £450–£600, paid weekly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers and represent clients/brands across 3 campaigns: B2B, B2C, events.
• Work Monday-Saturday with at least 4 full days per week.
• One-on-one coaching and mentoring to hit targets.
• Participate in team meet-ups and upskilling sessions.
• Attend national and international events (business expenses paid).

• Every day consists of speaking to customers and representing our clients/brands which we demonstrate in 3 different campaigns; Business to business, business to consumer, and events.
• Our office opens from Monday-Saturday. The working days are flexible, however, we are looking for people who are able to work at least 4 full days a week.
• One on one coaching and mentoring to collectively hit targets.
• Team meet-ups and upskilling sessions to increase productivity.
• Regular fun social activities to reward yourselves for your hard work and team bonding.
• National & International events and work trips to network and upskill (all business expenses paid).

What the team is looking for:

Eligibility to Work: Successful candidates must be 18 years or older and possess the right to work in the UK or hold a valid full working visa suitable for this role.

In Person Meetings: You’ll need to attend office meetings in Slough daily.
