Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Advisor (No Experience Required)

Looking for an opportunity to develop your communication, sales and customer engagement skills within a fast-paced environment Or ready to join a motivated team where you can gain valuable experience working directly with customers.

Based in Central London, our client is a successful sales and customer service company in the UK. Due to increasing client demand, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to expand their team.

Successful applicants will support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns, engaging directly with customers across a variety of environments, including retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings, representing recognised brands and non-profit clients.

Please Read Before Applying: Applicants must have full UK work eligibility (5 full days per week), strong English communication skills, and full-time equivalent availability.

No previous experience is required, as client training, product guidance and invitations to ongoing upskilling sessions are available. Applications are welcomed from individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, warehouse operations, call centres, care work and other customer-facing roles.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week.
