Job summary

Salomon is seeking a Sales Associate for a permanent, part-time role (10 hours per week) at the Westfield store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help customers find the right products and contribute to a positive in-store experience.

You should have previous retail or customer service experience, a passion for Salomon’s core sports, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays. The role involves 100% floor presence and opportunities for career growth within a French

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales
• Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level customer experience and propose complementary products
• Be proficient in sales techniques and in-store digital tools to provide outstanding customer service
• Assist in protecting company assets and promote loss prevention; keep stockroom clean and organized
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture
