Who We’re Looking For:

Are you the one always talking beauty tips with strangers? Obsessed with skincare and good vibes? Love being on your feet, chatting non-stop, and hyping your favorite products? Then this is your moment. We’re looking for a fun, outgoing, high-energy sales associate to represent Darling in-store and get people excited about SPF.

Your Role:

As a Darling Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the brand inside a top department store. You’ll connect with customers, share the benefits of SPF-infused skincare, and bring a little bit of Italian sunshine into every interaction.

Period: 14 July - 10 August + weekends as of mid-May

What You’ll Do:

Be the face of Darling — friendly, approachable, always glowing

Talk to everyone! Educate customers about SPF in a way that feels real and fun

Show off textures, scents, and routines — let them feel the Darling difference

Keep the display on point and insta-worthy

Smash daily sales goals and spread sunshine while you do it

Stay up to date on products, ingredients, and why SPF is non-negotiable

Share customer feedback and help us grow the Darling movement

Who You Are:

Super talkative and outgoing — you make friends in elevators

A beauty junkie or skincare lover (bonus if you know your SPF facts)

Energetic, upbeat, and love being in a fast-paced setting

Confident selling, recommending, and chatting non-stop

Organized, dependable, and cool under pressure

Available weekends and flexible to retail hours

Extra points if you speak another language or have a bold Instagram game
