We are a renowned luxury home accessories brand, looking to appoint a Luxury Sales Associate to join our team in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in retail to work with an amazing, luxury House!

Key Responsiblities :

The key responsibilities of a Luxury Sales Associate include, but are not limited to:

• Representing and promoting the luxury homeware brand, our products and our history and heritage.
• Help to manage stock level and the counter presentation.
• Process sales on the host store till as well as on the company own POS system.
• Go above and beyond when assisting customers - go the extra mile!

The person :

The key skills and qualities of a Luxury Sales Associate:

• Passionate about luxury.
• Previous experience working within retail, preferably with a luxury brand
• Confident individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
• Fluency in another language would be appreciated.
• Must be computer literate-understanding of Excel is a must.
