Job summary

Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Sales Team Members in the United Kingdom to join our stores in a temporary capacity. The role offers 4 hours per week and requires a positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to engage customers using store technology and product knowledge.

You'll help maintain brand standards, support sales targets, and cover a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a long-standing footwear brand.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
