Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Sales Assistant as part of our EU Commercial Team. This person will be responsible for recruiting/growing European Shippers to our service as well as supporting our broader commercial team with sales-related activities.

Key job responsibilities:

• High volume outbound phone calls to perform sales pitches and assess potential customer benefits from Amazon Freight services.
• Launch new or grow existing Shippers (customers).
• Manage high volumes of inbound sales inquiries via email and CRM software.
• Assist new customers with self-service tools, providing high-quality first-contact customer service.
• Work with the Sales team to qualify leads for revenue opportunities.

A day in the life:

The Sales Assistant will handle inbound inquiries warmly and execute outbound sales campaigns to maximize customer potential. Collaboration with senior Business Development Managers will be essential to convert complex requests into revenue.

The candidate will approach clients enthusiastically, helping them maximize their potential through pitching, onboarding support, and further integration into Amazon Freight services.
