We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales part time assistant to take ownership of a key high-value area of our business, effectively working with multiple teams involved in its success with the end goal of increasing retention and maximising revenue.
The Sales assistant will work closely with our CEO and Sales Teams, continuously reviewing and improving our processes and customer experience from acquisition through to service delivery.
You’ll need strong leadership skills and the ability to form good relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure a streamlined operation and success in this role.
Responsibilities will include:
• Scheduling and attending meetings with clients & prospects
• Reviewing and improving our quality of service
• Contacting potential leads and prospects
• Identifying areas for new customer acquisition, potential new partnerships
Experience & skills required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management skills including strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate and interact with cross-functional teams
• Experience in a digital marketing
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter capable of working autonomously
