What you’ll be doing:

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be connecting with potential customers face to face in residential and event environments, understanding their needs, providing customer service and presenting your client’s services in an engaging way. You’ll build rapport, answer questions, and ultimately drive sales, so you can maximise on their commission only earnings pay structure.

Requirements:

• A positive and driven attitude.
• Availability to work 5 full days a week (Between Mon-Sat)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong desire to learn and succeed.
• A team player with a strong work ethic.

No previous sales experience is required – they’re looking for individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn! However successful candidates in the past have come from customer facing backgrounds such as retail, customer service advisor, support worker, bar staff, hospitality, call centre and other backgrounds such as warehouse, driver, labourer, healthcare, marketing and more.
