Job summary

H&T Group Ltd is seeking a Store Colleague in London, located in Tooting. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with training leading to pay progression. You’ll be the face of the business, welcoming customers and offering tailored solutions while ensuring excellent service and compliance in a busy retail environment.

No pawnbroking experience is required; instead, a genuine interest in people and integrity are valued. Training is provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Salary: Starting rate £13.52 per hour (£26,363 per annum), increasing to £13.69 once full training has been completed (Includes London Weighting Allowance)*

Location: Tooting

Job Type: Full Time - 37.5hrs

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required

This role involves direct communication with customers and therefore requires the ability to communicate confidently in spoken Tamil to meet business and service needs.

The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are based on performance against key KPIs.

About The Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.

We'll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
