Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Conduit store in London. This full-time role centers on delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets, and keeping the store presentation to the highest standard.

You will handle transactions, assist with stock management and visual merchandising, and contribute to a collaborative team environment that reflects the brand’s ethos. Prior premium retail experience and strong communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, working in line with brand objectives and KPIs
• Resolve operational and customer issues efficiently, following company policies and procedures
• Provide feedback on store performance, operations, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with company guidelines
• Support stock management processes, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory control
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring a clean, organised environment in line with visual merchandising guidelines
• Act as a positive role model, contributing to a collaborative and motivated team environment
• Support the training, coaching, and development of team members where required

Key Responsibilities
