As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be committed to delivering outstanding service, professional, driven, and enthusiastic. The role is customer-facing, providing excellent service on our trade counter and over the phone, maximising sales opportunities.
You will be contracted to a set minimum number of hours per week and should be flexible to work additional hours during peak seasons, particularly in winter. Hours and shifts will be scheduled with notice to ensure clarity. You’ll promote an inclusive team environment and enjoy your time with us!
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll thrive working in a team, focusing on results, acting with integrity and honesty, and being flexible to meet customer and business needs. Previous experience in sales or customer assistance, along with product knowledge, is preferred but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are equally important.
