Come and join us as a results-driven Sales Assistant on a flexible hours basis to deliver sales and exceed customer expectations as part of a successful branch team. You will be contracted to 16 hours a week but will have flexibility to work up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays, and meet business needs.

The role:

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be committed to delivering excellent service, professional, driven, and enthusiastic. The role involves customer-facing duties at our trade counter and over the phone, maximizing sales opportunities. You’ll promote an inclusive team environment and enjoy a fun, engaging work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in achieving sales targets at optimal margins.
• Maintaining high standards, building customer loyalty, and providing first-class service.
• Serving customers, telesales, and maintaining housekeeping standards in the branch and warehouse.
• Occasionally taking on general driving duties when required.

You:

Enjoy working within a team, focused on results, and acting with integrity. Flexible with working hours, able to work up to 37.5 hours weekly, with previous sales or customer assistance experience preferred.
