Sales Assistant / Driver

Crown Paints is looking to recruit a permanent Sales Assistant / Driver to join our team at our Burgess Hill store.

• The role is a part-time, permanent position working 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday and some Saturdays on a rota basis).
• We offer a salary of £12.21 per hour plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.

What can you expect from this role?

As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will support our Store Manager and the store team in achieving sales growth for Crown Paints. Your positive attitude will help meet store targets and drive sales of our range of paints and sundry items.

The Burgess Hill Crown Decorating Centre (CDC) is a lively store within our national network of 145 stores across the UK. Our customers include retail passersby, builders, and tradespeople with accounts. Your role will involve identifying potential new customers, building relationships, and establishing customer accounts.
