Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Covent Garden store on a 20-hour permanent part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You should be confident in developing sales opportunities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a brand ambassador, you will represent the Barbour brand positively and professionally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Contribute towards achieving sales and profitability targets through personal sales efforts.
2. Provide outstanding customer service consistently.
3. Promote the Barbour brand within the local community.
4. Maintain high standards on the shop floor, both front and back of house.
5. Follow accurate company administration procedures.
6. Adhere to security procedures.
7. Support store management and company policies.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Process transactions accurately using the till system.
10. Perform any other duties as required by management.
