Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Jersey is seeking a Sales Assistant for Sundays 6am-2pm, 8 hours per week, to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll help customers, maintain standards, know promotions, and work with a friendly team.

You’ll need a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a helpful, engaging store environment. Training and development opportunities are available, with a focus on excellent service.

Qualifications

• Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
• Maintain high standards with good stock availability and a tidy store.
• Know daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to help customers.
• Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and make recommendations.
• Follow safe and legal working practices at all times.
