Job summary

SandpiperCI Limited is seeking a Sales Assistant for Marks & Spencer, King Street Foods in Jersey. The role is 39 hours per week, 12:00–20:00, across five days, with a permanent, full-time contract.

You will deliver excellent customer service, upsell, and support store standards while working in a busy retail environment. Ideal candidates will be friendly, able to meet sales targets, have strong product knowledge, and follow safety and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and service points.
• Maintain high store standards and availability.
• Know daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and proactively recommend.
• Follow safe and legal working practices at all times.
