Job summary

SandpiperCI Limited is hiring a Sales Assistant for Marks & Spencer at St Peter in Jersey. This permanent full-time role covers 39 hours per week, with morning shifts from 5:30am to 1:30pm, delivering a warm shopping experience and strong customer service.

You will help customers on the shop floor and at service points, maintain high store standards, and contribute to achieving daily sales targets while using product knowledge to drive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
• Deliver high standards through great availability while keeping the store clean and tidy.
• Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities.
