Deichmann is opening a new Farnborough store and is seeking a Sales Assistant for a 4 hour contract. The role offers an hourly rate up to £12.91 plus hourly sales commission and a path to grow within retail.

The position is part time and permanent, with 4 hours per week contracted. Start date is immediate and the store is located at Unit 8/9, Princes Mead Shopping Centre, Farnborough.

Purpose :

Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our new Farnborough store.
You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour + non contractual, hourly sales commission.
At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

This is a part time, permanent position and you will be contracted to work 4 hours per week.

Key activities :

• Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.
• Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
• Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
• Any additional ad hoc duties, as and when required.
