Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate, attentive, and reliable Sales Assistant who is knowledgeable about fashion trends, approachable, punctual, and confident in engaging with customers. Your role will involve welcoming and assisting customers, describing products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will support store management in creating a creative and developmental environment for employees and will receive comprehensive training in retail and optical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, provide personalized service, and build customer loyalty.
  2. Selling Ceremony: Use recommendations from optometrists to offer tailored product solutions.
  3. Performance: Achieve sales targets and KPIs, and maintain high commercial efficiency.
  4. Operations: Manage till systems, process payments, handle inventory, and maintain store standards.
  5. Optical Tasks: Ensure the safe supply of eyewear, including ordering, verification, and adjustments, using the latest equipment and digital tools.
