Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a Sales Assistant on a 15-hour contract across five fixed days. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, help with stock replenishment and keep displays tidy and inviting to shop.

You may work independently or with the team to uphold our store standards, communicate confidently, and support colleagues to achieve great results. Availability for 7am opens or 7pm closes may be required in sickness or holidays.

Role details: 15 hour contract. 5 set working days:

Mon-Fri: 16:15 - 19:15

Must be available for 7am opens/7pm closes based on sickness/holiday.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
