You will sell with passion, providing a personalised customer experience and helping to attract new customers and build long-term loyalty.

You will also support stock management, ensuring the stockroom stays organized and the store presentation meets the highest standards.

Job description

We are looking for a talented new team member to join our store located at 15 Hampstead High St NW3 1 PX London, and contribute to the growth of our brand alongside Remedios, our Store Manager, and the entire team.

Your responsibilities:

1. Sell with passion

• Passionate about our products and the American Vintage style, you enjoy challenging yourself, taking on new goals, and achieving your sales targets.
• You provide a personalised and digital customer experience, helping to attract new customers and build long-term loyalty.

2. Represent and enhance the brand image

• With a strong eye for detail, you embody the brand, ensure the store is always presented to the highest standards, and provide an impeccable customer welcome.
• Using our digital tools, you contribute to the implementation of visual merchandising in line with the guidelines provided by our dedicated team.

3. Support stock management

• You handle all merchandise flows, from receiving deliveries through to end-of-season returns.
• You ensure the stockroom remains well organised and actively participate in stocktakes.
