Job summary

OFFICINE GENERALE is seeking enthusiastic, motivated Sales Associates for our London Soho store. You will uphold the brand’s premium customer service, assist shoppers, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment starting early August 2026.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail, strong customer service skills, and a passion for fashion. You will work with a dynamic team, including flexible weekend shifts, and contribute to maintaining the store’s high standards and visual

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of client experience and communicate the brand aesthetic.
• Assist and report to the Store manager.
• Open and close the store following brand policies.
• Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals with the store team.
• Follow KPI strategies to ensure performance standards are met.
• Utilise sales management software and CRM to track opportunities.
• Promote brand values and product quality to customers.
• Support merchandising initiatives and keep the store visually aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain up-to-date client books and records.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

To support its strong development, OFFICINE GENERALE is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and passionate A FULL TIME SALES ASSOCIATES to join our London store team located in Soho (Beakstreet). STARTING EARLY AUGUST 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES(under the Store manager supervision)

• Facilitate the brand's high standards of client experience, communicating the brand's aesthetic.
• Assist and report to the Store manager.
• Ability to open and close the retail store under the brand's policies and procedures.
• Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your store manager
• Follow company's KPI's strategies to ensure performance standards are met.
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
• Ability to think creatively in business and seek sales opportunities
• Transmission of the brand's values and image by promoting its products, quality, and attention to detail.
• Follow all front and back of house procedures in accordance with company Policy and Procedures.
• Excellent proven retail operational skills & standards. Keen eye for attention to detail.
• Assist in the implementation of merchandising recommendations. Ensure that the store is always merchandised to the Brand's desired standard.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ensures all sales related policies and procedures are maintained.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book.
